I have a 1984 b2000. It had a 3.08 or 3.31 rear end And I traded with a guy for a 4.69/4.77 rear diff.
I can't remember exactly the numbers but hrs close to the ones posted.
I know rx7 diffs fit the 86+ Mazda trucks. Does anyone have info on what other cars we can use ? I need limited slip.
I'm super charging my FE3 motor soon.

Can't remember the stock size of the rear end. I have seen a toyota swap and a s10. I'm planing on a supercharger 302 and I think I will do a custom cut down 9" or 8". But plans always change. GL

I'm trying to figure this out myself as well (without taking it apart). All the legends on the internet say the 84/85 RX-7 limited slips will fit, and implies the axles are 27mm x 26 spline with a 7" ring gear. It also implies the 94ish+ miata torsen LSD will bolt in. The axles I picked up yesterday are 31mm, which does not match any of that, but implies the turbo RX-7 LSDs will fit if the ring gear is 8". Haven't been able to confirm what the truth of it is for my 76.
