I need a gas tank for my 74.
Does anybody know of a reasonable retrofit? I'm sure others have had to deal with this problem.
I've repaired the outside with JBWeld and gas tank sealer on the inside but now it's leaking again.
It had rusted through on both sides where it was against the mounting brackets.
I can only put in 4 gallons of gas before it starts to leak.
If anyone has a good one to sell I'd be interested.

Tough to find items like this for these old trucks. If I were you I'd start calling the wrecking yards and hoping to find one that way.
