This post is a little old, so I don't know if you are still looking. But . . . When I got serious about the brake swap on my '73 I just started shopping junk yards on the web. Finally found a yard in Oregon that had a '79 with the front disc parts still on it. I got the hubs and it was pretty cheap (can't remember but about $100 I think). I bought B2000 spindles on e-bay, but decided not to use them because they require a different tie rod end. The stock '73 spindles work just fine. Everything else I was able to buy new or rebuilt from Rock Auto - calipers, rotors, bearings etc. all available. I found the back-plates NOS on e-bay, that took the most time and patience. There are even slotted/vented rotors available for it if you hunt a little. Bottom line, you have to look and look and look. I haunt e-bay every couple of days and scroll through all of the Courier NOS listings. Never know what you will find.

You can also do a rear disc upgrade , isuzu rodeo and have your hubs machined down.
