I am happy to have found you. I have a 1974 Ford Courier with Chinook RV body.
I love it, all except the drum brakes. Can I swap disc brakes from an 89 b2200?

Most of the 77-82 courier parts will directly bolt on. Not sure about as far up as 89. Watch out for one thing, the trucks with disc brakes are also set up with power brakes. The brake booster won't fit in a first gen truck, so you'll need to include some provision for adjusting the brake bias.
I'll go into more detail in the appropriate portion of the forum, but I've done a disc swap on a 73 already
